Shipping & Delivery
- At More4mums.co.uk we try to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Most of our items are sent via Royal Mail 1st class however some larger items may be delivered via Courier. Delivery should be between 2-4 working days for UK customers and 4-10 days for Southern Ireland customers. (Some larger orders require a signature on receipt) Delivery is Free on orders over £40 or a flat fee of £2.50 per order for all other UK and Channel Island customers regardless of the number of items purchased. While we will endeavour to deliver Products to you as soon as possible we shall not be liable for any failure to make delivery within the time estimate stated above. Garments can be delivered to an alternative address to your billing address for your convenience. For example, to your work address or to someone else's address as a gift - you decide.

- At More4mums.co.uk we want you to be 100% satisfied when you shop with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your items or have changed your mind then please return your goods unworn within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchase price or FREE exchange - (UK customers only).
If you wish to exchange your item please email us prior to returning the goods at info@more4mums.co.uk or if you need to check if we have another size in stock you can always call on 01324 630688.
If you are returning goods, it is important that you obtain a "Proof of Postage" certificate from the post office as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. If they value is over £40 please enquiry about additional insurance. Unfortunately, we do not refund the return postage and packaging costs if an item is returned.

There are a number of methods of payment available:
Credit or Debit Card: You can pay securely via Worldpay, with your Credit or Debit Card.
Paypal: You can pay via your Paypal account, credit or debit card or bank account transfer.
We do not store your Credit Card Details on our site with any of the payment methods, they are all processed securely off the site.
By Telephone: If you prefer you can call us between 9am and 7pm and we can process your payment over the phone. Please call 01324 630688, if there is no reply please leave a message and we will call you back.
Cheque or Postal Order: If you prefer to pay by cheque or postal order you can contact us and we will put your purchase aside until we receive cleared payment. Please email us at info@more4mums.co.uk or call us on 01324 630688 if you wish to pay by cheque.
