Tips for choosing a nursing bra:

Buy a bra that is at least one cup size larger than your pre-pregnancy size, or the size you are in the last six weeks of your pregnancy.

The chest band is measured around your chest, just under the bust, rounding up to the nearest bra chest size.   Cup size is calculated by subtracting your chest size from your bustline The difference is converted into letters using the table below - (If you're normally a DD, using this chart you would be an E):
